Havstornet – The new block

Havstornet will be built in the middle of the dock in Norrtälje Harbor. Just 15 meters from the water. The tower will be 69 meters high and thus one of the highest residential houses in the country located north of Kista. The plan is to build 119 apartments.All apartments will have a balcony or large terrace, most with a magnificent view of the water or the old town of Norrtälje. The house will be unique. It is not very common that you can build such a high house so close to the water. The reason for being possible in Norrtälje harbor is the ability to build without affecting the city’s historic skyline. Previously, an equally high silo was situated in the same place.

We strongly believe in Norrtälje Harbor. Close to nature, yet central, commuting distance to Stockholm, but still the ability to have your boat and the fantastic archipelago next door as well an accommodation cost significantly lower than in Stockholm. We expect start selling apartments during the spring of 2018.
