Edsbacka Port

The entrance to Edsbacka Port in Sollentuna is meant to be an extension of the palace avenue on the other side of Sollentunavägen. The project itself, however, is modernistic with functionalism influences. The facade has a light stucco character. The upper floors are retracted, and all 44 apartments have a generous patio, balcony or terrace. The bodies of the building are designed and placed to ensure pleasant contact with the surrounding park setting and greenery. The wall facing Sollentunavägen and the fence along Hagvägen provide a calm and secluded location.

Edsbacka Port was designed by the Lund & Valentin architectural firm and was completed in 2005.
